Domaine de Cantons’ flavour comes from the spicy and aromatic ginger root drawing its distinctive flavour from baby Vietnamese ginger, which joins Provençal honey, vanilla, ginseng and fine cognacs in Jarnac, France, to produce the 56-proof liqueur. The final product yields a bittersweet yet biting flavour that can seamlessly mix into classic cocktails like a mojito or Dark ‘n Stormy, or can be combined with a little lemon sparkling water to create a refreshing drink the “Ginger Sparkler.” On its own, the liqueur is smooth and complex enough to enjoy straight or on the rocks.
